My name is Ray Fisher
Ray strongly believes that every individual has an innate wisdom that can be tapped through the coaching process. Building a strong foundation of trust and respect, Ray helps his clients challenge themselves in ways which result in personal growth/development and personal fulfillment. Ray challenges his clients to look at themselves and those unconscious aspects of self in order to enhance learning and growth. His focus is on Executive Leadership Development, organizational change, and working with teams. Ray is a faculty member in the Teleos Leadership Coach Development Certification programs.
